HOW IT WORKS
We are either asked to test biological samples sent by health professionals or to ship in house customized assays for proper testing in specialized laboratories. At times, we arrange for our scientists to come to your lab to do the tests or members of your scientific team to join our team to perform the tests in our laboratories.
Services 1. Testing of samples in our laboratories
Physicians arrange shipment of biological samples at our laboratories. Recorded samples are retrieved from our reception department and processed for further testing. An internet-based system is at place giving the opportunity to the end user (treating doctor or reference laboratory) to trace the steps of the process (arrival of sample, process, storage, aliquoting, testing, reflex testing, issue of a report) at all times. Thus, as soon as we receive the specimen, process, test or issue a result, we inform the physician with regular e-mails via safe network registries. He/she can login into his/her account to record/ overview the process. The recipient can contact us to arrange or to revise the ordered tests.
Services 2. We ship the assays/kits to our customers
It is not the norm, but we can ship/send in house customised assay kits to experienced laboratories. This facilitates testing locally. As most of our test profiles involve a combination of technologies, testing using our kits is usually not performed in routine laboratories. Nevertheless, our research team and marketing people can arrange for specific profile systems to be tested outdoors. We provide training courses to our customers including proper handling of the machinery, as well as protocol management and COPs.
Services 3. We can come in your lab to do the testing
Our in house testing is a process which requires experienced personell with long-lasting experience on immunobiological techniques. The reagents, molecular probes, antigens and antibodies are expensive, and our customers prefer for tests to be done at their place using our experienced laboratorians. This is why most of our tests are performed by scientists rather than technicians. We can send our scientists to your place to perform the tests for you in an efficient manner. As soon as we overcome any difficulties in the machinery needed for the performance of the assays, we can arrange for members of our scientific staff to come to your lab and to test your biological samples using our test systems in a timely and well-organized manner.
